Just because
This probably isn't in any way assessable; but that's okay.
It started off as a thought exercise in modelling the keyboard by eye. Then I thought I'd model the table to render the keyboard on....but it looked lonely; so I modelled the PC... Then it all just spiralled down into madness.
This is the latest version after some fiddling around with Max's daylight system that Iman showed me.
Anyway; Enjoy.
Everything done within 3ds Max. (Except the carpet texture; 37seconds in photoshop. XD )

Flying sharks
Week 4 - UV Mapping
Tried to render this at home on medium/high settings - 5.5Hrs later and it had done 32.7%.
Tried again at Uni; 49minutes to complete with the same settings.
I think it's time to get a new PC.
Also; Flying sharks: We're all doomed.

City of solid Tears
Here you seee a render in progress. The uni computers just weren't ready for this.
The blurryness is an analogy for the blindness of society as a whole to the needs of the individual.
